We are renting a nice and cozy 2 floor house in the city center. On Proshyan street ( entrance from Aygedzor) The house is very quiet as it faces the hills. 3 minutes walk to metro Baghramyan, 5 -10 min walk to the small city center.
The house has a garden with barbecue kettle , a spacious living- room, kitchen, toilet and a terrace on the first floor. On the second floor 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony.
We also have a garage for 1 car.
